Canazei - mountains calling

Canazei (name derived from the Latin word cannicetus) is a municipality or commune located in Trentino. This popular municipality is situated in the northern Italian region of Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol. Travelers love this beautiful place guarded by mountains on all the sides; however, mountaineers use Canazei as the base station for several rock climbing and excursions to Marmolada, Sella and Sassolungo. The town is very well connected with Val di Fassa, Livinallongo and Val Gardena.
